Hier kunnen de liefhebbers zich opgeven voor een raceweekend op de Nurburgring.
Karts van 200cc WF tot zo gek je maar wilt. (160 pk genoeg?)
Quads ook!
Eigenlijk kan alles.
Data 26 tot 27 mei en 1 tot 2 sept.
Kosten per weekend: ongeveer 150 Euro (kijk op de site).

Regelement, tijd en klasseindeling staan er allemaal op.

oh ok nou al was dat niet zo maakt me niet uit ik heb de geen last van ik laat mensen met een snellere kart altijd netjes voorbij tenzij het een kart is die ongeveer de zelfde snelheid heeft als ik dan moet hij ervoor vechten

I´ve joined both Races in 2006 and it is the very best i drove ever.
Topspeed in Reality is near 200 km/h (not more, but still enough).

Next Race is at 2.9.06...
So hurry up to take part...if someone will miss it, he will miss the best Event for Karts so far.
Everyone with every kind of Kart is wellcome and the "Nennung" (Fee for racing) is 126.- Euro + 14.- Euro for "Camping" (Water, Electricity, Shower...)

I've visited your website before so I already knew your kart, impressive machine
Nice video, although I would like to hear the sound of the engine a little better.
I belief this was not the complete Nurburgring lay-out or was it?

Hello David,
yes, it is not the complete GP-Course Nürburgring, it is the so called "Müllenbachschleife".
That ist the most western Part of the GP-Track at the Nürburgring leading through the "Dunlop-Kehre", "Audi-S" than a Shortcut to the "Ford-Kurve" and back again down to the "Dunlop-Kehre".
Times are around 1:30 Minutes (two laps time) and Top-Speed near 200 km/h, right before the "Dunlop-Kehre" at the Brakeing-Point.

In the last Race in 2006, at 2.9.06, I could win my class (over 1000ccm) and finished in the complete Championship "Vredesten-Throphy 2006" in the Kart-Class as 3. Place overall.
(There is a Quad-Class too)

I now will drive next at the Most Racetrack in Tschechien at 14.10.06. in a free Practice Session of some Formular Racers as a guest.

During Wintertime I´ll start my next Projekt:
A 6-Wheeler Kart like the famouse "Tyrell P34", also again with a Suzuki GSX-R 1100 from 1997, a tuned Racebike Engine with 1127 ccm.

as far as I could understand, You asked about the final drive ratio for a ICC.

The only Information about that, is from the Event "Kartcorso" at the 24 H of Nürburgring in 2006:

Bambini Iame = 74 Teeth
Bambini Comer = 84 Teeth
Ic/A = 82 Teeth

I myself use 15 to 23 Teeth with my "Monsterkart" ( www.kartbau.de ) giving me about 200 km/h just at the Brakepoint before the Dunlop-Corner, the fastest Point at the "short" Müllenbachschleife.
At other Tracks (Most / CZ) , neary Topspeed of 230 km/h has been possible.
P34-Kart ( www.p34-kart.de ) is build even stronger (128 HP @ Rearaxle) and with final drive ratio for about 240 km/h...

There are People, which drove the Müllenbachschleife with even a 100 ccm Kart without seizing up the Engine...

About the "Vredestein-Throphy", everything is still "open".... not the best situation, but not to change till now sadly.
