Hi Everyone!

I'm Attila a hungarian living in Hengelo working for germans atm , you know the drill...
After years of this and that.. finally I was able to get my first Kart and try out one of my old dream.

2 years ago I already posted some questions here, what type of kart should I buy, when I moved into Hengelo. (from Amersfoort where I did looooots of sailing). Now that water supply is a bit of an issue here for a sail boat, i decided to go for Karting.. as the other best thing in life. Unfortunately, the last two years was really though, but now I am stronger then ever and ready for my hobby.

Here is the "beauty".. well as you can see.. I have some things to prepare before a good ride.. I took your advise and i bought a honda 390 for starting.
I have the feeling some of you will recognize this kart..

A few words about me:
I'm 39, living in Hengelo (OV), father of 2 boys, game developer and I just started my company a month ago. well, after 20 years of preparing en Ik kan een beetje in het Nederlandse te praten.. maar niet so goed en veel beter engels of hongaars.

What I'm looking for is fun.. always and everywhere. So I don't care if I am not going to be the next Schumacher, but I do care to find 1 nice moment in every day.

Looking forward to meet and drive with you guys! And get good tricks and tips.. which is always welcome.

Do you know there is quite a large Honda 390-community driving at Oldenzaal? Oldenzaal is about 10 minutes from Hengelo.

Come to Eefde, many 390 drivers there, and races with lots of participants!

yes, I know about both places. That's why I bought the Honda for now. I would go for 125cc 2strokes with transmission.. but few of you convinced me (years ago) that the community is bigger and better for honda here. I mean it's only 10m to get myself to Oldenzaal and I need fun not speed at first place. So a team with lots of driver with the same kart is better then traveling a lot for a ride.

Is there anyone from you going to be at Oldenzaal Sunday morning?

ok, today - BIG THANKS TO Bas - we had fired up the engine..
It was in a garage for over a year, so we changed oil, put on tires and put enough WD40 everywhere

Motor runs smoothly, chassis is and older Tibi Kart.
I have to get a new chain, but the rest is looking good

Almost ready to rock'n'roll
